liminal
Bring 100 lbs of objects into liminal space at a time; objects remain present when put down or forgotten. Can instantaneously summon these objects to her hand at any time.
Add or subtract unreal items of up to 50 lbs in liminal space, including nourishing food or water, complex machines or small electronics.
Once per day, a liminal skill has double the effect (duration, size, weight limit, or distance), or may be used even if it is in its cooldown cycle.
Create a portal in or out of liminal space, within 10 feet of her; only once every six hours, held open for 10 seconds max. If within liminal space, the portal opens onto the last crossover point into liminal space.
Shape and create one room’s worth of interior space within Liminal Space (250 square feet/~23 square meters).
Open a personal-sized portal for a split-second and step through it to another point within fifty feet.

telepathic
Access privately broadcast data on the telepathic network.
Access the thoughts of other investigators, even without their permission. This includes the ability to use Memory Sharing, Sensory Eavesdropping, Image Projection, and Mind Palace Projection on others without their permission.
Share memories with other travelers, or view their memories.
Search for and share old data on the telepathic network.
Project sensory impressions across the psychic network.

jaunt
Flashy magical effects related to the archetype of Candles. Steph can create small bursts of flame that can be launched from her hands or some kind of weapon (she uses her bo staff), or wreathe her hands in flame and use them in hand-to-hand combat; she is not harmed by her own fire, and resistant to other heat sources when powered up. She can also create small, animate lights that will lead her to something she's searching for; create sudden, loud flashes of light and sound that magically cut through any magic or psychic influences meant to fog, hide, confuse, etc. (and also conveniently work as flashbangs); control her shadow and physically affect things with it, but only with light to cast it, with the strength of the shadow directly tied to how dark/clear it is; make her body glow and use it to project a sense of security, chasing away fears and doubts.
Summon, direct or control one element: in amounts up to 200 lbs, speeds up to 75 mph, and distances up to 100 feet, but originating beside the user if summoned and dissipating if concentration is broken. As exhausting as a heavy workout.
Magical tricks for those not necessarily inclined. Steph can project her voice as a whisper on a created breeze, as well as two other unspecified tricks she'll figure out later.
An LED-lit baton that expands into an LED-lit motorcycle capable of projecting a solid wake. Can also go into "stealth mode", whereby the solid light wall and the LEDs are turned off.
Proficiency with Lightning Age weapons and defensive items. Steph owns a coilwhip, a harpoon rifle, and convection armor she'll likely never use.
Proficiency with tonfas, plus her very own pair of metal-weighted tonfas.
Use various sins and virtues for various effects; virtues are used up and will regenerate over time, sins grow when used until they consume the user. Effects of sins and virtues can be found here.
Shared with Cass and Armin. Bonded can share physical health (healing wounds), mental resiliency (breaking or transferring enchantments and status effects), magical power, and supernatural insight (visionary or magical senses of any kind).
The ability to turn into a pitch black hyena that moves with supernatural strength and speed (up to 60 mph, give or take). She can communicate with other animals and radiates an aura of fear (even in human form, if she chooses to). During the full moon, she can send her shadow out from her unconscious body, and with it can strike fear and madness, invade dreams, and see events hundreds or thousands of miles away while remaining unseen herself. She can transform others, but only while in her shadow form. Steph's fairly weak on the shadowy fear part of the powers, but her physical hyena form is particularly strong and fast. None of these abilities work in sunlight.
A pair of offensively bright purple wings, which she can summon and dismiss at will once a day. Often comes with the golden light of a halo around her head.

combo
Trade a skill with another character, once a week for an hour, provided they both have all the prereqs for the skill being traded.

favor
Strength's Favor
The Mark of Strength, which takes the form of a tattoo of a lion rampant with a chain of flowers around it, on her left bicep.
Once a week per favor skill, break/penetrate/ignore one physical obstacle or impediment to move through, insert into, extract something from, enter, or exit one space.

canon
Acrobatics & Gymnastics
Both formal competition-style gymnastics, and the ridiculous flippy bouncy acrobatics common to former Robins. Whether it's getting from one place to another in the flashiest way possible, or simply moving quickly out of the way of a threat, she can probably manage it or teach someone else how to do it.
Emergency First Aid
Steph's mom is a nurse, and in Steph's line of work... being able to patch yourself or a friend up very quickly is a necessary skill. Any injury that requires nothing more complicated than stitches, she can handle herself; major or life-threatening injuries can at least be stabilized in the field until actual medical attention can be found.
Freerunning
Steph can run, climb, or jump just about anywhere. She's best in cities, and most comfortable high above the ground. Occasionally she uses a grappling gun to assist her; anyone who is taught this skill will be given one.
Lockpicking
It's not a crime if it's in pursuit of JUSTICE. (It is, actually. The Bats just choose to ignore that.)
Martial Arts: Bo Staff
Her weapon of choice these days. She has a collapsible bo staff, which she will make a copy of for anyone she teaches.
Martial Arts: Unarmed
Karate, kung fu and aikido. She was trained by Batman. And Cass Cain. And Oracle. And a little bit by Black Canary. That's... really all there is to say on the matter.
Thrown Projectiles
Like all Bats, Steph is proficient at hurling tiny pieces of metal with deadly accuracy (or, okay, ideally incapacitating accuracy). Anyone who takes this as a taught skill will receive batarangs - maybe even some of the fun ones with special effects, if you ask nicely.
